1. General
1.1 These are the terms and conditions of Container, located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and registered in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce Amsterdam under number 34328357.
1.2 These terms & conditions are applicable to the website of Container and all agreements with you. By ordering and purchasing items online you accept these terms & conditions.
1.3 Only Dutch law is applicable on all trade relations between you and Container and you and artists represented by Container on the website of Container.
2. Content
2.1 All content of this website, meaning artwork, images, designs, photographs, video, written and other materials that appear as part of this website are protected by Dutch copyright laws.
2.2 All content is provided as a service to customers and may only be used for personal use. Any unauthorized copying or other use of our content is prohibited.
2.3 Linking to this website or any of it’s content is only permitted with a written permission from Container.
3. Order
3.1 After a purchase, Container will send a confirmation of your order by email.
3.2 There is a valid agreement as soon as Container has received your payment.
3.3 It is your responsibility to make sure all information that is required for the implementation of the order is correct.
3.4 Container reserves the right to refuse to complete an order for any reason. Container will in this case refund the total amount paid for the refused order within 30 days.
3.5 Purchase prices are in euro’s (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the prices.
3.6 All customs or import duties and local taxes are for your own account.
4. Delivery and returns
4.1 Container aims to deliver works within 14 days. The delivery period is an indicative only, for Container is dependent on its couriers.
4.2 You are required to inspect the delivered work immediately after receipt on completion and deficiency. In case of defects contact us by email.
4.2 In case you’re not satisfied with the work you purchased through Container, you can send us an email within 14 days and we can start the return procedure.
4.3 Returned works must be in the same condition as it was send to you.
4.4 Works must be returned assured and in its original packaging.
4.5 You will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs, unless we delivered incorrect work.
4.6 After received accurately the returned work, this will be credited as a refund within 30 days. Container does not refund customs or import duties or local taxes.
4.7 Since Container also occasionally sells work from other artist and, in that case, only acts as an intermediary, Container cannot be held liable for any damage occurring from the work purchased through Container.
